What a crazy ride it's been, and we couldn't have done it without you!
THANK YOU to each and every one of you. You guys are so amazing, and we're immensely grateful for all 700 of you who want to be a part of leading the change for a greener future, or just think SMĪLE is beautiful. Either way, you helped to save 1,231,057 chopsticks from the landfill (and prevented trees from being cut down in the process — that's what we call 2 birds, 1 chopstick..?)!
What's next?
In the following 1-2 weeks, we will be sending out a survey on BackerKit, gathering the information we need to send you your pledge rewards (and our deepest thank yous) while we wait for Kickstarter to migrate all of your billing information over to us.
Why BackerKit?
It helps us streamline the survey process, automatic data organization, and there's also a management software that makes it easy to process your pledge reward shipments!

❓FAQs
In order to improve your experience with our campaign, we’ve made some changes along the way. Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions:
1.Should I include my add-ons on Kickstarter too if I have already selected them via the Builder?
Yes, you should! The Builder was there only for reference on what your total pledge should be, and didn’t record what you ordered.
After deciding the add-ons you want on our Kickstarter page, add the price to your total pledge. For visual guidance on how to add the add-ons on Kickstarter, please see Update 4.
In essence, if you forgot what you ordered in the builder, don’t fret! Just try to remember or simply match your current pledged amount (in case you added extra funds) with one of our many add-ons!
2.Are SMĪLE shelveswater-proof/resistant enough to be placed in the bathroom or kitchen?
The SMĪLE shelves are resistant enough to withstand moisture changes in bathrooms, kitchens spills, and more. The only place we wouldn’t recommend placing the shelves is in a walk-in shower. Our material is very similar to how you would treat natural wood!
